Sad. While I live in CA but not near where they are, it's still my state, and I have family over there. It sucks if you ask me.
I could be next. I'm off to gather my books and CDs.

i feel bad for the people that live in those areas. unfortunately forest fires are worse now then when they were allowed to run their natural course. any foresty service personel worth their weight will tell you that controlled underbrush burns prevent a lot of property loss and eliminate a lot of the ground litter fuel that causes the fire to get to the size that they are in california. this was the big lesson learned by the yellowstone fires in the mid late 80's. also, some species of trees cannot sucessfully reproduce without forest fires. ie. the lodge pole pine requires the heat from the fires to open their cones and distribute the seeds. no fire no natural seed distribution = endangered species or extinction. so on a humanistic level its bad, sad. on a naturalistic level it is good and needed. people choosing to live in more remote areas and timber stands not being properly maintained or allowed to naturally be maintained are the culprit of the high property loss.

It develop into def. arsonist! no longer anybody in Cali is rich BTW... The canyon is crammed with those with horses and different animals who are not rich. they do no longer seem to be summer properties. merely because of the fact somebody lives in Cali does not propose they do no longer seem to be suffering. you in all probability shouldn't watch THE OC or Laguna sea coast because of the fact those shows create a foul stereotype. i'm no longer rich in any respect. under no circumstances have been, I desire I have been, besides the shown fact that it is not so! additionally, those human beings can no longer stay of their properties till they're rebuilt. whether they have money, this is nevertheless extraordinarily unhappy. think of of the holiday journeys. they gained't be of their properties. I desire all of them the suitable

My heart goes out to them. They have no idea of where it's going to go to next or what direction it's headed in. There's nothing they can do about it as everything possible is being done. I'm just thankful we are safe where we are. I hope they get it under control as soon as possible so no more lives are in jeopardy or no more homes lost because of it. It's really sad & I trust it all comes to an end soon.

Its a tragic loss. No matter how rich or better of those people are in California...at the end of the day, they are made of flesh and bones...just like you and me.
And we should sympathize with them for their loss. Not envy them because they might have nicer homes or expensive automobiles.
Hey...we are all humans...let's be humane.
