Depending on the acidic or alkaline quality of the substances involved, the rxn can accelerate or even stop.
Is that what you are looking for?

Yes it does the enzymes need a pH around 7 if it is higher or lower than the enzyme cant react right.the pH doesnt affect it directly but through the ensyme.in the body there are these things (i forgot what they are called) that either make the pH higher or lower according to what you need so that things dont go wrong with you. sometimes when people hive a high or low ph things start going wrong with your body. some people the tissue in there stomach gets weak and the acids in their stomach start eating away at it. (stomach acids have a high ph naturraly()the ph isnt wrong with the stomach acids but some other part of the body that makes the stomach tissue weak) that is only one example of how ph affects people. there are alot of other ways.

Yes because the reaction rates will decrease if the ph went above or below the enzyme's optimim ph, which is in turn due to denaturation of the enzyme

Most enzymes have a pH optimum: trypsin at pH 8, pepsin at pH 2. One exception is papain, which operates well at all range of pH. The pH-activity relationship of any given enzyme depends on the acid-base behavior of enzyme and substrate.

pH shows the acidity or alkalinity. the enzyme may break into its consttituents in adverse alkalinity. most enzymes are proteins

It can, if [H] is in the products or reactants of the reaction. This is due to LeChateliers principle b/c of the stress of the reactions.
