If you have been doing this, you need to stop. See your doctor about sleep aids unitl you develop a normal pattern and routine. Training your body is most effective. Have a night time ritual that ends with you going to bed and to sleep. One of the most important aspects of this ritual is the use of your bedroom as a place for sleeping, not as a living room with a bed. Activities like snacking, reading and watching television should be limited to other areas of the home. This is especially important if you are truly having trouble sleeping. Good Luck

Nyquil will eventually stop working and you will need something stronger. Then, this too will need to be replaced with something even stronger...... It's an addiction cycle that you should stop right now. Ambien prescriptionn) is the only thing that will give you rest but again, it is something that becomes addictive in other ways. Since it is not alcoholic (which is whatNyQuill is) and its not a opiate, it will eventually stop working. I know your not going to like my final thought on this but a nice brisk walk or workout or bike ride will cause your body to fatigue and fall asleep on its own. Coffee, tea and sports drinks may be at the root of your problem. Knock off all the caffeine and Jager bombs and see if this helps.

Nope you need to get natural sleep. If you sleep less at night so you are more tired the next night, get a better bed or maybe even listen to low music might be good suggestions.

well if you are having a very hard time sleeping. well the best thing is the doctor. you can take some sleep stuff but most of them are habit forming. you could have problems beyond this what is causing the sleepless nites and it could be you need more then this. so try the doctor ok?

You should skip on some days and try to sleep without it.
