I have 4 sons and I am sad to say that your first respondent got it right. if you are a 13 year old girl, all I can tell you is that you should not worry about what boys want until you are 25! Then, look for a good man!

You don't say how old you are. However, if you are in or around that age group that's what 13 yr. old boys do. They are awkward at that age and probably don't even know they are looking at you "funny"
They could be thinking, hay she's good looking! Ask your brother for the full scoop if he knows what you're talking about. You may have to spell it out for him.

well if its a "funny",like they think you're hot or something,then next time you notice them doing that,just wave and say hi or something and they should stop looking at you,lol.sounds weird but that should probably work,if thats the kind of "funny" it is,if its not then you'll just probably have to deal with it lol.

13 year old boys are going through changes(flaring hormones), so they're probably VERY attracted to you and becoming aware of their attraction. But they probably think you're pretty and they just clamm up. Don't worry about it^_^
don't worry about people calling you ugly and what not, they're just ugly themselves and trying to make themselves feel better.
