I wish I could make it right with my ex fiance.She waited 8 years for me too settle down and stop my self abuse, but it was too much for her. She didn't want to go but she couldn't watch me kill myself. I spoke to her a few months back after 4 years of not having any contact and she said we could keep in touch but she is with someone else so I let it go. sorry about the rant but your question struck a nerve.
