let them do it. Iran poses no threat to the US in any way.
Let the country (s) that they pose a threat to take care of the problem. He only attacks country (s) they he perceives are weak. North Korea poses a bigger threat to us than the whole Middle East put together, They have the BOMB and the MISSILES to deliver them. But Bush does not want to tangle with their Million man Army, and China's also. He know that the US military is out of an Army to deploy. We need to reinstate the draft, and arm a bigger standing Army.

IF Iran has to be attacked it would be with air strikes, our military can not withstand 3 fronts without strong alliances.
IF Iran is attacked by air then I hope Bush lets Israel do it... unfortuantely, I don't think he would be that smart. He sounds like he wants to send American jets to do the air strikes.
It would be incredibly stupid... but he would be that stupid so I wouldn't be surprised.

it's possible. there are so many different things that could happen making this hard to answer. israel could definitely attack first. if we attack iran, i have no doubt that that will be the beginning of world war 3.
i'd like to think bush wouldn't start a war with another country in the last year of his term. could be wishful thinking. i believe there needs to be a working transition between presidents but it would be difficult to start a war that he does not have years to finish

Nope, once the Russian President becomes the Prime Minister all this anti-American crap/spin will end and Iran is on its own. That is a terrible place to be when we hold the worlds breadbasket. Not to mention the poor construction of the country remember the last earthquake we helped them with? Like most countries they still rely on this one in the long term. Our embargoes and sanctions should give us an edge without armed conflict.

It is Cheney who wants to attack Iran, and the only thing holding him back at this point is Condoleezza Rice.

Yes just before he is to leave office. This way he can stay in office longer as the nation can not transition to a new leader while at war.

I bet he is thinking he will because he has his little thinking cap on, however I do not think he has any pull or creditability anymore after Iraq so you have to question anything that comes out of the white house. Besides it will not get to any kind of critical level while he is in office so it is not his fight and the GOP does not rule congress any more so sorry to disappoint you war goers but Bush does not have back
