The other one was John Quincy Adams in the election of 1824. Unlike the election of 1800 which was a tie by virtue of the glitch in Article II that gave each elector two votes for President, nobody got a majority in the election of 1824, so the House had to decide among the top candidates. The vote ended up coming down to Andrew Jackson and John Quincy Adams with the other candidates throwing their support behind John Quincy Adams. John Quincy Adams was a one term President due in part to popular disapproval of the deal making involved in the House vote which led to Andrew Jackson getting an absolute majority in the election of 1828.
