You can be charged for statutory rape I hope you know. You are 19 and she is underage and you got her pregnant. You better hope she has a relaxed family that does not charge you for rape. In the future wear a wrapper.

I live in canada and here she can move in with you. As long as she is over the age of 16 she isnt considered a minor anymore. If she is pregnant then she is old enough to make her own decisions. I was 17 when i moved in with my bf and my Dad was the one who was pi**ed when i told him i was so all i did was packed my stuff and left. If her mom has a problem with it tell her to do the same no1 should have to listen to the crap sheis putting her through exspecially if she is preggo.

It varies from state to state. Your best bet so you truley know would be to call your court house. Just call the general number and they will put you in contact with someone who can help answer your question. I am sorry about the position you are in and think it is wonderful you two are together for the health of the baby. Congratulations and treat each other well. It is hard to be with someone for life at such a young age - it is a lot of work but very rewarding!!!!!!

She can move in, but until she's 18 her mother can call the cops and have her move back home until she's 18. When she's 18 she's free to do what she wants.
Those are the laws where I live, anyways.

she has to be 18 before she can move out without her mom trying to get her back. She's not legally an adult. if she can, encourage her to wait a couple months and then get her out of there. if you try to get her out now her mom can call the police and you will get charged for harboring a run away.

No, she can't move in with you, and if the cops find out about this, you'll go to jail. She's under 18 and not old enough to consent to sex.
Her mom is right to be upset with her.

of course she can, leagally she has the right at 16 and since you are less than 4 years older than her she is not considered a minor, so you can not get in any trouble either. do not put up with her mothers crap, if you can make it work on your own then do it! good luck!
