I am 58 and retired from one job early. Then I accepted a lower paying job that I really enjoy. My pension and investments are enough to live on, but don't want to retire. I like feeling useful.

I retire about the same time every evening. Around 10.

I want to find a career/job I love and never retire, I agree I want to feel like I am accomplishing something. Retirement to me is like waiting to die, but I want to make all the time I have count by staying productive.

One may retire from job as per rules of the company but it does not mean that a person retires from activities.
One can continue working in the field of his/her choice to enjoy working.
One need not work for salary. He can continue to work in social organizations or old age homes where he can get satisfaction.
Working environment improves health and happiness.

I don't want to retire completely .. however, in the area that I live in .. the job that I absolutely LOVE is not abundant in this area.
You sound happy !!! Having a job that you really enjoy is wonderful.
It sound like to me, that you have a good thing going for yourself.

I would like to retire when I am about 92... right about the time I die. Who wants to be retired? Yawn.

You can try to start your own business, or do your hobbies..
or you can do a social works, that will make you feeling useful.
