lipid: animal fat, nuts, butter, magarine, oils
carbohydrate: rice, bread, pasta
protein: meat, tofu, beans
nucleic acid: beans, fish eggs, wheat germ, meat broth

lipids: fatty, oily foods likecorn oil, olive oil (anything that contains those ingredients like hamburgers, french fries) peanuts, etc.

Carbohydrates: Anything with sugar. Sodas, cakes, potatoes, etc.

Protein: Meat!!! (and tofu and peanuts)

Nucleic Acid: DNA and RNA. Not found in any foods. Unless you like to eat your cells. x.x
