Your sister is very pretty. If she's allowed though she should apply light make up if she's not satisfied with her look. A little bit of lip gloss and eyeshadow might do the trick. And mascara but go light on the eyeliner, wouldn't want to damage those pretty of hers. :D

Makeup suggestions - black brown mascara, pink or rose blush and lip color. Be sure brows are well groomed.[ shaped and darkened or filled in if need be ]

Most people are going to say shes not ugly...but trust me if it was a model in that picture..they would be real fast to say bad **** about her....shes not the most ugly person in the world...but i wouldnt want to look her.

eh i don't think she is pretty. she isn't the ugliest person i have ever seen though there are plenty that are a hell of a lot uglier then she is and she can cover up her ugliness with some makeup or something. just being honest!

most girls think they're ugly.. i think maybe because they look at themselves too hard and notice everything. but i'd say she looks pretty good.. in a casual way.

but she should be thankful for those gorgeous eyes. try highlighting them with eyeliner and mascara.

yep she is pretty, very cute face, crazy (as in the positive way) eyes...once the acne leaves her she will look drop dead gorgeous (not that she isnt, but stil) lol
