When is it suitable to use !!! sign?

Then we were taken to our first class,because my class was the nearest to were Mr. Lenard had ended the tour I was taken to my class first, which was English again!!! . Would it be suitable there ?

Interesting question!! I want to see what other types of answers u get. But I use !! all the time. To me it shows emotion in writing, just like if you were talking. Like if you raise your voice at a certain point or make a gesture or a facial expression. Like i said, i use it all the time, but some people dont agree with me. Back when I used to chat online a lot, I used !! in my chatting, and some people thought i was angry...even if I used it at the end of a positive sentence!
So I say if you want to use it, then use it, just that you might have to explain yourself to someone first. Hope that sort of answers your question :)

If you are the author then only your feelings on the exclamation point's use is relevant. Does it look right to you? Does it communicate your thoughts or feelings better with them in or without them? Don't let people tell you how to write when it's your Voice a reader is hearing. Unless you're not sure what is being communicated by the punctuation - if that's the case, Never mind!!

Never is it correct, or permitted, to use more than one exclamation point or one question mark at the end of a sentence while writing novels, stories, essays, or screen plays! Those violating this rule clearly indicate an amateurish mode of writing--wouldn't you think so?

Such practice makes every worthy writer wince at the sight.

Only in a comic book. You should rely on your writing to convey emotion, and not punctuation.
