Motorcycle by far. I live outside of Philadelphia. I can get around easy on my bike, and the only time I would be forced to stay inside is if there is frost or snow on the ground. Other then that I am on two wheels. Why pay 1,100 a year on Insurance on a car when I can pay less then 300 a year? Why pollute the air more (even my two stroke vespa doesn't pump out as much carbon as an SUV) Why not park where I want, do what I want. I have placed 5 bags of groceries on my bike, Have gone fishing and took 2-3 clubs to the range ( yes it takes some ingenuity, but I got it to work ) It's just makes more sense in my head. Guaranteed I don't have kids to take around, but I am not there yet in my life.

I reside where winter snow is common, own a Dodge truck,
but ride my motorcycle year around. My 2-wheel machine is a street legal dirt motorcycle with knobbies. Did five days weekly the last seventeen years and it has 24,128 miles; do
the math for my yearly average. At present over three dollar price of Unleaded Petrol my weekly fuel bill is nine dollars
if I don't include the frequent fifty mile one weekend day run into nearby forested mountains for recreational speleology.
The truck is handy for the odd breakdown or hauling retail
purchase like a large household appliance but every couple
years it hauls me and my 'cycle on yearly vacation. The last
road trip was to Utah where the dirt bike let me follow long abandoned railroad beds to empty mining camps and other
adventures. These outings spend the money that was not
previously blown out my truck exhaust pipe.

.....Cars?
I'd rather puke.

Motorcycle, unless there is actually snow ON the street or I need to carry something large. Otherwise, there is nothing I can't do perfectly fine on a motorcycle.

Better than hybrid mileage (I get about 43mpg average), better than Ferrari performance (0-60 in under 4 seconds, top speed of 155mph), and a fraction of the price of either.

The worst ride I ever took on a piece of crap motorcycle was still better than the best ride I ever took in a finely-made luxury automobile...yeah, I drive cars and pickups because it's hard to haul tree limbs to the landfill, dogs to the groomer, groceries from the Piggly, or whatever on the bike...but when I can be on it, I'm on it...K ;o)

On the days I don't ride my motorcycle I'm not going anywhere.
I ride.
When the wife takes the car, I ride.
When it rains, I ride.
When it snows, I ride.
To work, to play, to the store, Doctor's appointments (even the chiropractor), I ride.

I don't play golf.
A car is not what it once used to be.
I do not trust machinery that makes it's own decisions.
I really don't trust machinery that takes it's own decicions over mine (the operator, otherwise known as the person in control).

It depends, in the area where I live, Central Arizona, the weather is condusive to riding a motor cycle or driving a convertible almost every day. In the northern states, the ice and snow, during the winter, would make it very
uncomfortable, if not impossible to ride a motor cycle all year around

Motorcycle. I probably take the old ladies SUV to work less than two weeks out of the year. usually if I have to run a erand that requires lots of cargo space.
