Sounds like your brake shoes are worn to the point that they are grabbing the drums.
Your brake fluid leak is something that must be taken care of, it won't get any better, and eventually you won't be able to stop.

The tire has to be taken off that wheel and get the brake checked..If it's disk brakes on that wheel, make sure the 2 bolts holding the caliper are tight and the pads (inner and outer) are secure in the caliper. When you replace the wheel, turn the wheel which should freely without any noise (make sure emergency brake is not on)....at the same time while the wheel is off, check that as well as all the brake lines to make sure they are dry...If they are, then you might want to check the master cylinder for leaks...

You have multiple problems with your brakes. the leak could be at any of the 4 wheels or the master cylinder, or anywhere through the steel brake lines or rubber hoses. The noise from the back wheel, indicates a severe problem, with a brake component either broken or loose, in the drum. do not wait, get it to a brake shop NOW!!!!!

Leaking break fluid is not good. I'm thinking that if you take off the wheel and brake drum. that something has fallen off inside. Do get this fixed,

the other answers that you have recieved are ok.. but to really explain what is going on is this.... your brake pads have worn down to a point that they are down to the metal and are now catching on the brake drum this in turn will lock your wheel up and spin your car around like a top and maybe even cause a very sever accident to you and other drivers on the road. to address the leak, there is a small brake cylinder inside that pushes the brake pads out they have gone past the're working distance and have "popped" out of thier seals and are causing the leak in turn the brake fliud is leaking on whats left of your brake pads and are causing them to catch on the brake drum. your going to have to have both rear brakes replaced and have the cylinder replaced as well since you have blown the rubber seals, plus your now going to have to replace that brake drum since you have gone past the wear point. so instead of having a 45 dollar job, you have now cost yourself a 200 dollar brake job. get a full brake job NOW! hope that helps!
