That would depend upon if your serving it with cheese and crackers or caviar. Baked Possum Oscar at 350', for thirty-five minutes is the bomb!!!!

if it's fried it's finger food, if it's smothered and served over rice, then by all means use the fine china

depends how you cook it, or was it just plucked straight off the road?

if it is already in pieces then finger food is acceptable, although you may want to leave some sanitary wipes so people can clean the TB off their fingers...

Otherwise you should use cutlery.
