I don't have an addictive personality. As a matter of a fact,I used to give up one thing a month thatI felt I ate too much of (since I'm not addicted to anything else, but some types of food). The only thing is, whenever I would give up that one thing (i.e. - cheese, chocolate, caffeinne, meat etc...) I would find something else to supplement my losses. So, I'd have to say I'm mostly addicted to eating a little bit of food that is bad for me every day.

All pleasures are addictive and welcome to my life.
The secret is to use it in moderation to avoid excesses that lead to boredom.
