It would help a lot if we know how old are you, but I guess it depends on you.You can be as young as you decide to feel, my grandma was 75 when she learned how to ride a bike, and she laughed more than a toddler that day. Enjoy your birthday, it is a day to celebrate!! Happy Birthday!
My grandma said that the secret to be forever young is to learn something new everyday, and she was 84 when she died but I truly can say she never felt old a day in her life.

I doubt it...most of the dirt we stand on is 3.5 billion years old. That's almost as old as my ex-mother in law...
