a:b=5:3
a:c=5:7
Therefore a:b:c=5:3:7
Let the sides a, b and c be 5x,3x and 7x respectively
5x+3x+7x=75
15x=75
x=5
Therefore the sides are 5*5,3*5 and 7*5 or
25 cm,15 cm and 35 cm respectively

1. Starting Equations
a + b + c = 75
b = 3/5 a (or b = 3a/5)
c = 7/5 a (or c = 7a/5)

2. Substitute For b And c In 1st Equation And Solve For a
a + 3a/5 + 7a/5 = 75
a + 10a/5 = 75
a + 2a = 75
3a = 75
a =25

3. Solve For b And c Using Value Of a
b = 3a/5 = (3 x 25)/5 = 75/5 = 15
c = 7a/5 = (7 x 25)/5 = 175/5 = 35

3:5:7=75
that becomes
3x+5x+7x=75
15x=75 divide both sides by 15
x=5

now that you have the value of x
substitute it to 3x, 5x and 7x

3(5)+5(5)+7(5)=75
15+25+35=75
75=75

therefore the length of side b is 15, side a is 25 and side c is 35
