You might love a sport, but it might not always love you back. If you have had 3 pro tryouts, and never got a call back, it seems to me that you need to pratice more. Even through I haven't seen you play, and plus I don't know much about getting a pro try out, but always remember that pratice makes perfect.

First of all, practice makes perfect as the old saying goes. Most likely, if you feel you have the talent, you still may need to work on all the skills depending on the position you intend to play, and how well you swing the bat.
Secondly, find out where pro tryouts are held besides near you. Sometimes the travel pays off. You can always get drafted as a walk-on player don't forget that.
Third, if you're still in high school, be patient. Sometimes real talent isn't seen until the college years. This enables you to practice, practice, practice.

Check with the Ringor Baseball Showcase, they can give you maximum exposure to college coaches and pro scouts.
