How can someone market a multi-million idea for a website? Considering the fact that he's great at graphic design but can't create a dynamic website himself ( u'know source code and all that) and he would like to work in close proximity with the designer. Any help one how the person can go about this?

If it's really a good idea, learn the basics of webdesign (it's easy) and when you can talk the walk, hire a programming grad to help you out.

Edit: Sorry, Don, but I disagree. Geocities is weblite. No serious websites use geocities

Most important the actual knowledge and use of HTML is not a neccesity, they offer What you see is what you get technology with there software.
