for some people i would kill them for much less. there would certainly be a fight though.

no because the law in most western countries these days, would protect the aggressor and view you as the assailant. i would instead sweet talk them into going away & soothe my anger by killing a couple of the politically correct politicians who are responsible for bending the law in the aggressor's favor. I would wait a year or so before killing the original person so I couldn't be connected to them.

but did they entered the house for the first time or did they say they used to live in it before and they got kicked out and then got in with some sort of help from the out side?

I would kill an intruder to save my family's life, but only if this were absolutely necessary. I'd try to wound the person enough to get them out of the way and call the police.

If they were going to hurt my family I would kill them with no hesitation and no regrets> I would never want to be in a situation where I would hesitate and it could cost my kids or grand kids harm. when my children were younger I gave them this scenario of just in case. they always said mommy we would try and protect you I always said No climb out of the window, jump off the roof, go for help save yourself and then maybe the police can save me. I never wanted to have to watch while someone harmed my kids and would have given my life and still would to protect them!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, I would, because the one who invaded my Home, is there to do Harm, so before he does, I will defend my Family with my Life, if necessary.

All depends...if they are threatening me with a .......chain and I kill them with say a gun, I put myself at risk of being tried for murder with the use of excessive force. I would shoot him with my gun,and put his fongerprints all over the gun and claim he tried to kill me or posed a threat of trying to cause harm to my family.

I would do whatever I can to keep my family safe. Killing would be the last option unless they were trying to HURT them
