I'am 16 going on to 17.
I can have pale skin but in summer im more dark but still pale.
I have hazel eyes but vary in different light.
I have blonde hair and I just got it streaked/highlighted in SEP.

First, thank you for actually sending a picture, instead of just a description!
Second, your eyes look blue-green to me, not hazel [ hazel is a golden tan color - look it up! ]
You are a COOL. Best COOL colors:
white, pinks, cherry red, coral, lemon yellow, mint, jade, forest or pine green; sky, royal, smoke, and navy blue; lavender, plum, gray, black, and silver or white gold jewelry.
1] buy dress pants, belts, socks in your best dark neutrals - navy, gray, and black.
2] buy at least one pair of dress shoes - in black - then you can branch out more if you wish.
3] buy tops in your best jewel tones, brights and lights - they flatter the face more
4] buy sweatshirts, jackets, hoodies in the darks and jewel tones
5] get a good looking watch - black or silver
6] make sure you have three or four pair of jeans that fit well in the waist and butt - different cuts or washes
