360 degrees is a complete circle. So lets see how many 15 degree segments there are in one rotation on the earth.

360 divide by 15 yields 24. There are 24 time zones around the world, so it looks like your answer is "time zone".

Hi. Constellation would be a good guess. Most on the ecliptic average this value. Answer 1 is almost correct but I think hour would be a better answer. Depends on where you are.
