Triglyceride does not have the phosphate group. Phospholipid is triglyceride with the phosphate group, so that one end is hydrophilic and the other hydrophobic. The hydrophobic end stays inside the lipid bilayer, and the hydrophilic end stay outside. Triglyceride can not form a lipid bilayer.
