Before I go to bed, I make sure my covers are how I want them. Before I go to sleep I read a comic book, do a crossword puzzle or sudoko, or some of those kid q and a books (I'm 15 and still don't get all of the 4th grade questions right!). If I don't have any of those on hand I will just play my gameboy. I don't know why, Its just become a habit.
