I have to write a 3-paged story that has something to do with an epidemic. It could be completely fictional, and it shouldn't be based on an actual historical event. The story needs to have a moral, rising action, and falling action. I want the protagonist to be a girl named Susie. I can't think of an antagonist. Anyone have any plot ideas?

Epidemic doesn't shout to me disease at first when given a prompt of that vague of nature, something that is problematic to large groups of people with no apparent realization or solution at hand seems to me at least to fit that general idea a bit closer. Won't give you ideas because they're mine and they wouldn't work in your mind the same as though would in mine. However, my main advice is to study all the possibilities of the prompt, the angles and the continuities; you'll figure something out in the process.

The antagonist can be some disease. It doesn't have to be a person.
