All beautiful options. ;) Given that I don't actually dislike any, I'd eliminate Isabella and Ella for the simple fact that they are quite a bit more common than the rest. Not that the others are unfamiliar or anything like that, but just to say a top ten and common nickname for a top ten (and one equally common as a given name) seem a bit more expected than the other options. ;)
I love Lilah and Scarlett equally, with Lydia a close second. Really, you can't go wrong with any of them! Middle names really depend on your personal style and what would best work with the origin and sound elements of your surname (not knowing it, hard to say). I would recommend sticking with the classics, like those on this list, and perhaps leaning toward a slightly longer (3+ syllable) middle name, given your short last name.

i don't care for lydia and ella, isabella is a bit to commen. i love scarlett, and lilah. they are pretty, feminine and flow nicely off the tongue. what about something like scarlett lily, whatever u use don't pick a long middle name, it is important not to throw off the balance of the name by having a long middle name with such a short sounding last name.

Isabella is too overused now (#4 in the US last year).
I like the rest though - Lila (no h) and Scarlett are my favorites.
I personally believe that middle names should be after a loved one.

My son and his wife are due to have a baby girl any day now. Her name will be Isabella Claire, but they will be calling her Ella. So I vote for that name :)

Lilah and Ella are beautiful. Lilah is my favorite because it is short, sweet and so pretty. How about Lilah Grace, Lilah Nicole or Lilah rose?
