NO, if any WNBA player gets pregnant they count it as an injury. Yes, the WNBA does have maternity leave. Lisa Leslie is one of the most recent.

If the player just "gets pregnant" as you put it, of course they'll still play. They can probably play most of the first trimester and the playoffs don't last three months. My wife played city league volleyball well into her second trimester with our son. He had no ill effects - he's 6'7", 220lbs, can bench press 320lbs, graduated college with a 3.3 GPA and is working on his MBA.

NO WAY!! They would just sit out. Unless the doctor tells them tthey could play, but if the doctor says that, id stay as far away from that doctor as i can.
