I need two contrasting ones for my district competition that will hopefully take me to states and I can't find good ones anywhere.

I hope the term "published plays" is pretty self-explanatory.
You know, they're copyrighted, they have a publisher...
(Trust me, kids in my class have a hard time figuring out what that means for some unknown reason.)

go to the library and ask the librarian's help in finding plays for you to read.

Have you tried Samuel French you should be able to find any published play with this company. When I was in acting school that was our source.
