I had a neighbor who was a voyeur. I caught him peering at me through the window. I called another neighbor and she called the police. He was arrested and I found out that he was a Captain in the Navy. She and I were both Navy wife's and alone a lot so we looked out for each other. He admitted to the police that he had been watching me for 2 months.

Nothing. I will tell you what they did that was BAD. They tied a chocolate lab puppies legs up and hit it with a baseball bat. My other neighbors saved the dog, and kept it. It was so wrong of them. I saw it, but I couldn't do anything. I was alone at home, I was sooooo mad at them. I called my other neighbors, and they went right over there.

It's not really disgusting, but I seen my 2 gay guy neighbors having a fight. The girlish one was saying "How do you think that made me feel?" It was kind of weird though!!

I had a neighbour a couple years back who had this giant Rottweiler dog. The dog was ALWAYS loose, never tied up, and there was no fence. The dog was ALWAYS in our yard and always made doo-doo on our property. That was majorly disgusting because our own dog didn't even do that. One day, we got fed up and we went and complained to the lady. She apologized and actually came to our house to pick up the dog poop which was nice of her, so it ended well.

My neighbor is a pretty, fat fellow. He once mowed his lawn, wearing nothing but a thong bathing suit. At least, I think it was a bathing suit. Knowing him, it could have been his underwear, but whatever it was, it was pretty gross. I still have nightmares, from time to time. Rock On!

I was walking past my neighbours' house once when i was going home and they were having sex up against the window, i was about 12 at the time and was completely grossed out!

A spanish couple was arguing. The man cursed his woman out and walked off. By the time he reached outside she threw a bloody maxi-pad at him from outside their window.
And it hit him right in the face... In front of everybody outside... In broad daylight... In the South Bronx...
Shivers!!!
