this was a somewhat recent movie I think an independant fil about a boy who by some evolutionary wonder begins to turn into a girl. I can't remember the title can anyone help me? I the boy was blonde and his doctor was asian and the girl and boy he liked had brown hair. Had something to do with frogs maybe? the title was a short and I think it had a Z in it.

I think it might be "The Double-0 Kid" with Corey Haim. Wallace Shawn was the evil genius (as usual) and Bridgette Nielsen was the femme fatale. I think that this is it! WOW, I haven't thought of this in years!
