There is a hybrid tea called Blue Girl: http://www.helpmefind.com/rose/roses.php?searchNmTyp=2&searchNm=blue&tab=1
They don't have the best picture. It's sort of a mauvey-blue.

There is a shrub called Outta the Blue: http://www.helpmefind.com/rose/pl.php?n=36359
It has purply blue tones.

There is still no true blue one out there. I personally don't think it would make a pretty rose even though blue is my favorite color. Good luck.

Here's another link for fun browsing: http://www.helpmefind.com/rose/roses.php?searchNmTyp=1&searchNm=blue&sbSearch=SEARCH&tab=1 (lists all roses with "blue" in the name)

Sadly none really come close to Blue. Thus far Blue Roses just do not exist, commercially speaking that is, however the first blue rose is coming it has been grown by a bunch of us mad Australian and Japanese Scientists. Unfortunately this is still a few years away. You can get them, but they are a white rose in disguise, dipped in a solution of blue dye, that gets sucked up its stem. Some rose farms have deep lilac that at certain angles can appear blue. However once the rose is fully opened, it lightens quickly and looks just plain mauve or lilac. :-) There is one called Blue Moon, it nice but doesn't necessarily stand up to its name.

A truly blue rose has been the Holy Grail of rose breeders since 1840, when the horticultural societies of Britain and Belgium offered a prize of 500,000 francs to the first person to produce a blue rose.

Current blue roses at most have a blue hue, but would qualify more as a purple or lavender. However, they are still lovely.
I think the most popular blue roses are:
Angel Face: (gets my vote for the bluest)

Of these, I think Angel face is closest. You would have to see it in person to understand why. It is one of my favorite roses despite the fact it's a hybrid tea. However, having said all this there is a breeder in the Netherlands who has bred a much bluer rose and they are incredible. They are actually supposted to be released to the public in the next few years and I can't wait. Here is the web site if you are interested in the new blue roses.

there are blue roses, I've seen them at the garden center. I don't know if it's a big bush or smaller.
