I would make it shorter and snappier. Run it through spell check because you have "representative" and "our" misspelled. I would change "one of your candidates" to "a candidate" because this speech is about you not the others running. I would change "try my hardest to do the best I can in representing you" to "be the best in representing you." I would change " our school better" to "That is what will make our school even better."

I like it but you should try to get to the point faster depending on what grade you are in. Younger= shorter attention-span. Id vote for you. Good luck
