Leaving all the partisan spin out of this, I'd guess that one is not that much more intelligent than the other. Public speaking ability isn't really a good measure of a person's intelligence. Met quite a few very intelligent people that for some reason or another were terrible public speakers.

Yes, Hillary is smarter. She is not as smart as Bill, but she is certainly more intelligent. I want you guys to think about something. She went through college and grad school on her own intelligence. Bush received a 2.0 in LAW school. Last I looked, that is not passing. Someone was certainly pulling the strings for him. All in all, even though she is not as smart as her husband, Hillary. Not even close to being close, if you catch my drift.

All of the bashing is just that.
Bush has a higher I.Q than Hillary, period.
Mine is higher than either.
Doesn't mattter.
