All-time would be LA Clippers... You can count just how many times they posted a winning season. Last year it was the Grizzlies... Management distractions injuries, Pau wanting out and all. I think they'll be a lot better better now. If your asking who would be the worst team for this up-coming season maybe Philadelphia... They had minimal changes and A.I. (Andrei Igoudala that is) have not yet proven that he could take up the leadership chores left behind by the other well-known A.I. : )

Probably the Hawks, Joe Johnson is good, but not good enough to carry a whole NBA team. I think putting MJ at co president (I think it was something like that)was a bad move since he hasn't made many good decisions since he came into office

Seattle or Charlotte. Seattle because they gave away Ray Allen in which they needed him to have a good team. Even if they got 1st round picks, they still aren't good enough to hold on and win a game. Charlotte doesnt have much good players on their team either.

Looking at rosters alone, it would be a toss-up between the Hawks and the T-Wolves. They lack any top-tier talent to make the team remotely competitive.

Portland, they had the number one pick, drafted the right guy but got unlucky when he got injured. They are going to suck as much as they did last year.
