If it's routine blood work and not a blood donation, there shouldn't be an issue provided you feel well after the blood draw. The amount of blood withdrawn for blood work is very small in comparison to the amount that the body has.

If you feel okay I don't see why not. Bloodwork never stopped me from continuing on with whatever I was doing. Its not really any different that being a blood donor. If you feel weak, dizzy or queasy you might want to take it easy for a few hours.
