being injured is not the same as having a disability, and regardless of your physical condition, you're expected to follow your school's rules. this includes serving detention. if you need extra time to gimp over to the room where detention is held, i'm sure they can arrange that for you, but you have to serve it.
in future, take responsibility for your actions instead of trying to weasel your way out of the consequences.

So - you can spend all day getting around on crutches - but not detention?

When you get home from school and all your friends say - Hey we're going to the mall or the movies- do you say "can't go, I'm on crutches" - I doubt it.

Point being - that you don't let the crutches stop you when it's somewhere you want to be but suddenly they become an excuse when it's somewhere you don't want to be.

Suck it up and serve your time.

why not go up to the teacher AFTER CLASS and explain the situation---NOT in a whinny voice, but in a mature voice WITHOUT throwing the other kid in BY NAME... and then apologize to the teacher for disrupting the class and ask her if there is something OTHER then detention that you could do because of the hardship it would be for you to CRUTCH on over to the other building for detention.... Sometimes if you handle things like a grownup, you get TREATED like one...

You should have thought about that before you misbehaved in school. Next time, stick your nose in a book and stop giving the teacher grief.
I think you should serve your detention, and your parents should have to provide a wheelchair for you to be able to get there.
Maybe that would motivate them to discipline you at home so the school won't have to do it on my dime.

Your spelling is so bad I can't even get past the first sentence. And who says 'cripple' anymore?
