yes he can c.u.m. but i would recommend using the condom what ever you do don't double up on condoms cause they can break just to tell you

the pill is only 98-99% effective. theres always that small chance, you can get pregnant while taking the pill (i've known several ppl that happened to)..
he should wear a condom no matter what.. if you know for certain, i mean 100% sure, that he isn't messing with anyone else and you're of legal age (but im guessing by this questions that you're not).. stay protected not only f/ pregnancy but from STD's as well... one night of passion isn't worth a lifetime of pain and stress... be smart about this & good luck

The pill is NOT 100%, even when taken the same time everyday. The pill does not protect against STD's, I suggest you stay on the pill and he stays in the condom.

No. The pill only protects either 97% or 99.7% of the time, there is still the risk of becoming pregnant. Also, there's still a great risk of STD's.
