I am looking for a free resource, but I also have full access to lexisnexis if needed. I am looking for information regarding a specific property.

Any suggestions?

If you are interested in one specific property, you simply check the land records office of the county in which said property is located. Some have them available online, and others require that you visit the office in person.

County Assessor's Office usually keeps this information. Many counties have websites with the details of tax payments that are very up to date, including how overdue taxes are and what status a tax lien/foreclosure is in. The sites are usually not easy to use, though.
