I have never seen a female doctor before my male dermatologist was on vacation and a woman was filling in. I had an genital skin rash. She asked me to stand up and drop my pants. She pulled up a stool and began to examine my penis at eye level to her. The feeling of a woman touching me caused an immediate erection. I appologized and she said it was normal. She continued the examine and pulled my foreskin back and i couldn't control it and ejaculated! I have never in my life been so embarassed! It went all over her hand, arm and her neck. I appologized repeatedly as she quickly turned grabbed some paper towel and left the exam room. A nurse came a few moments later handed me a damp paper towel and told me to clean up and get dressed as she explained my medication.
What should it do? This can't be normal?
I have to see her for another visit next week, do you think she was mad?

The worst part to me was that the semen hit her chin and ran down her neck. I can't get that terrible image out of my head!

oh man! That must have been sooo embarassing!! I don't think she will be mad, but it will be really wierd when you first see her, I think it would be best not to bring it up with her-ever.

I am sure she has seen erections in her patients before but the semen is a new one. She is likely concerned about her own safety, wondering if you have any disease that she can get. In fact she may get back to you asking this very question. Personally I would cancel the appt. use the cream and wait for the male doctor as I am sure the entire office knows what happened and you are the topic of conversation.

she was probably as embarassed as you were. I wouldn't worry too much about it, the next visit is just a follow up and she won't be asking you to drop your pants again. Next time in the same situation, think about something you really really hate when a woman has to examine your penis.
