i eat breakfast but it may be 1 pm, I take a medication that causes a type of anorexia, that's a good thing for me. I might forget to eat and it's late afternoon when I notice I sound like I have an alien inside and I eat breakfast. And no I won't tell you the drug that causes that.

I started eating a bowl of cereal every morning about 4 weeks ago, I'd never really been a breakfast person before. I've lost weight and I've had to tighten my belt three times.
Apparently if you don't eat three meals a day the body stores fat for energy.

yes i always eat breakfast
its healthy to eat in the morning
it wakes you up with energy to go how else are you goign to last till lunch time?
its alwasy good to try and atleast get a glass of milk before you go off out on ur day
some even say it helps you loose weight. believe it or not.
