Needing help to know some locations and possibly addresses on good tourist attractions driving from Brisbane to Sunshine coast. I am planning two days at sunshine coast, therefore would appreciate if anyone could share their experience. (Taking some friends from overseas for a trip).

Under Water World at Mooloolabah, Then you have the Ginger factory at Yandina, The Big Pineapple in Nambour, and before you get to the sunshine coast on the Highway up here is Aussie World. Don't forget The Australian Zoo at Beerwah.

Aussie World, the Australian flavour theme park at the Ettamogah pub
Underwater World at Mooloolaba (Mooloolaba is a popular tourist spot in general - The Wharf, where Underwater World is located is nice, and there are lots of cafes, restaurants and nice beaches)
The hinterland is very pretty - lots of cute little shops, excellent views over the coast, and really nice national parks you can walk through with waterfalls, etc
Eumundi markets are very popular
Noosa is also very popular (a little more expensive than other coast areas)
The Deer Sanctuary (other animals there too)

In addition to the suggestions above, you may want to consider a trip out to Fraser Island...largest sand island in the world, right in our back yard. It is beautiful! It is World Heritage listed its so special!!
You can prebook something before you leave home if you have limited time on the Coast...or arrange it when you get there with one of the 4WD companies in Noosa.
