I recommend Tripod. It's free, and their sitebuilder is very easy. Please have your parents do it for you.. You are too young to be posting things about yourself online.

It is simple learn html,xml,and dhtml; also learn java all these you can learn online for free. If you want a shorter route use frontpage or netscape composer to design your pages and get mentoring from a expert programmer to help you design your site.

As a twelve year old, I would make sure you check with your parent or legal guardian before you venture into cyber space.

The geocities basic website is free and includes a webbuilder ap which should help you, if you don't know html.
