Get professionally sized at Nordstroms JCPenney or Sears. NOT victoria secret as they size incorrectly.

They should be comfortable and NOT tight.

Try a 32B. If your breasts are popping out it needs a bigger CUP.

It should never be lumpy on your boob, nor leave marks.. It is is comfortable on the loosest setting of the around part, then that is the correct size... If your breasts are "popping" out of your cup try the next letter, B... If that one seems a little big, they make bras that are Nearly B also so that might work for now too...

Well, underwire bras aren't designed for comfort. But no, a bra that fits should just encase and support your boobs. Maybe the 34A is a better fit, but you just need to tighten the straps a tiny bit more than feels comfortable initially. I've had this problem. You'll probably find it only feels snug for a minute or two, like when you first put a belt on.

This is the best thing I ever did for myself. Go to either Victoria's Secret or Frederick's of Hollywood store in person. The young ladies that work there are wonderful and very knowledgable regarding all matters having to do with these delecate parts. They will find the perfect bra(s) to correct your situation no matter how unique or unusual it seems. I'm 49 and not getting any younger in certain areas but they always find the perfect item(s). It's worth the money and time. Godspeed to you precious one !!
