I'm thinking of wearing a turtleneck (he had this on in his mugshot), and a backpack (he killed some people while he was a student).

Oh yeah, and I'm not trick or treating or anything. This is a college party. I don't think anyone will be offended by the costume.

Seeing as what ted bundy was and did people would think that you know nothing about who he was or what he did. Parents would think you were a jack *** no offence but im just giving you my opion i think you shouldnt dress up as that sick bastard
