No, you can't be a lawyer without "learning". Given the overall atrocious quality of your English (totally unsuitable for the practice of law, by the way), I will assume you asked whether one can become an attorney without going to law school.
New York is the only state in the US which still has the "apprenticeship" provision. Under this provision, one can become an attorney in New York by satisfying the following requirements:
1) Completing one full year of law school;
2) Working as an attorney's apprentice for a minimum of 6 years, full-time; and
3) Passing the bar exam.

No, Patrick, you can work for all the lawyers you want but, that will not make you a lawyer; no letter from any lawyer is going to help you. You must pass the "bar" exam! Some people have been able to do this without going to law school, but very few!

If you are being racial discriminated against with PROOF then yes you should seek a attorney. If you cant afford one just look in the yellow pages under attorney and call any that offer free consolations. If you don't have proof then get some. Bring a tape recorder to work and record what people are saying. It is illegal for management to discuss an employee with anyone other than another person in management. You legally have rights to brakes too. In all places of business there will be a poster with your rights as a employee posted on it. Most states say that if you work 12 hours you have right to two 30 Min's lunch and four 15 minute brakes. If you job is that bad then you should actively look for another. Check craigslist for jobs requiring little experience. And don't just call or fill out online applications. I owned my own company for 10 years and know that managers hire based on face to face impressions. You need to figure that if someone hiring has 10 applications from the internet who are average and then they have you there in person looking professional with an average app you are the sure bet. It is all about first impressions. Use Micrsoft Word "resume" template and make yourself a clean short and to the point resume. Dont put too much in just focus your resume towards what you are applying for. For example if you appling to work at a day care then focus on outlining you experience in raising children and home making. Overall you probably dont have a chance at a lawsuit without video evidence or audio evidence so I would just move on and tell everyone about your experience. GOOD LUCK

In CA you can take the bar exam without attending law school if you have worked under a attorney for ~ 4 years, I forget the exact time.
Then, you still have to take the smae bar exam as everyone who did attend law school.
I think this might be pretty unique to California.
You can get the info from the Cali State Bar web site probably.

Depends on the state. Some states in the US do not require you to have a law degree to sit for the bar exam.

No, you must learn the law and then pass the bar exam.
Suggestion, first I would go to school and improve your writing skills, it will greatly help you in law school. Law school is tough, survival of the fittest, smartest applies...
