Reset CMOS through jumper or by removing CMOS battery for at least 30 seconds. Reseat VGA connector. Power ON PC. Press Del or F2 to open BIOS menu. Load fail-safe defaults, save and exit. PC will restart. If problem persists, try replacing monitor cable.

That means that either your monitor cable is loose, bad or disconnected; or you have some sort of hardware problem that is preventing your computer from POSTing.

Double-check that the cable is plugged in securely on the back of the computer AND the monitor.

If it is, then you have some kind of hardware issue and need to bring it to someone who knows what they are doing.

i would do the simple,reload back to factory,not knowing what brand you have i have no idea which keys to click on to do this,maybe you have a book that will tell you,that will slove your problem and more you do not even know about
