High Risk Abnormal Cells for the 2nd time in 5 years.?

I just found out today that i have a high risk abnormal cells again. I had it 5 years ago and i had a leep to get rid of them and now they are back. Im only 24 and dont have any kids. Is this a normal thing or do i fall in so bad % of people who get these back? Will it progress faster since i had this once before?

I had them for six years running and absolutely nothing came of it. Ya just gotta keep monitoring the situation closely.
