Probably, but I wouldn't expect to get you chracter back, or anything else on your account.

Sure you could probably break the password they changed it to, but by the time they do, your 70 level character will have mailed all his inventory to someone else. Wait long enough and he'll be in nothing more than his underware.

Yes, but most of the time they are scams that steal your account.
Also it is highly discouraged by Blizzard, and often against the rules.

Yes, you can but it is not a good idea usually they get hijacked one you do this. And if Blizzard finds out they usually perm. ban farming accounts.
