And fear farm is in the West Valley, not in Queen Creek.

Not too sure about the costume stuff, I went last night (10/15), & no they are NOT allowed to touch you HOWEVER sometimes they do get very close, in the Chainsaw Mayhem they got super close to my legs with the chainsaw & a few other things got in your face. There is however a haunted house where it's very physical so if you don't like people touching you or being very scared I wouldn't advise it.
